The village is located in the rainforest at the base of Kilimanjaro where the Chagga people live. The Chagga are the original inhabitants of the Kilimanjaro region. During this excursion you will take a beautiful walk through the rainforest to the 95-meter high Materuni Falls and learn more about life in the countryside. Following this hike you will make freshly roasted coffee in the authentic way during the coffee tour.
