Mount Meru is located in Arusha National Park, which gives you the real African safari feeling because you encounter all kinds of wildlife during the route. Don’t think Mount Meru is a walk in the park. You need to be in good shape if you want to climb Mount Meru. This climb is ideally done in 4 days. This gives you enough time to enjoy the beauty of the mountain while acclimatizing and minimizing the risks of altitude sickness.
